Locate and acquire quality trucks, trailers, boats, yachts and construction or industrial equipment that meet customer and inventory needs.
Key responsibilities
- Search markets, auctions, dealers and private sellers for suitable assets
- Assess asset condition, history, specifications and market value
- Coordinate inspections and gather photos and condition documentation
- Negotiate acquisition terms within approved budgets
- Prepare acquired assets for verification and listing
Required qualifications
- Experience in asset acquisition, buying or appraisal
- Solid knowledge of at least one of our asset categories
- Strong negotiation and evaluation skills
Preferred qualifications
- Mechanical, marine survey or equipment inspection background
- Established network of dealers or sellers
