When you submit an inquiry, sourcing request, contact message or review, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, the asset of interest and your message. We also record the date and time of the submission. Phone numbers and most sourcing details are optional.

We use this information to respond to you, search for assets on your behalf, manage our business relationship with you and, for reviews, to publish your review with your consent. When you submit a form, we send you a confirmation email and notify the relevant team (general inquiries to info@selbyassetgroup.com; sales and asset inquiries to sales@selbyassetgroup.com). We do not sell your personal information.

Submissions are stored in our secured database and are visible only to authorized Selby Asset Group staff with a dashboard account, according to their role. They are never shown publicly.

Website reviews require your explicit consent and are published only after moderation. Only your chosen display name, optional company, rating (if you gave one) and review text are shown. Your email address is never published. You may withdraw consent at any time and we will remove the review.

We use encrypted connections, access-controlled staff accounts and reasonable safeguards to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To source an asset or answer an inquiry, we may share relevant requirements with sellers or business contacts. We share only what is reasonably needed for that purpose.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have submitted, or to remove a published review, by contacting info@selbyassetgroup.com or 224-255-2561.
