Plan and coordinate projects across our divisions, from large asset acquisitions and fleet sourcing projects to internal process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets and responsibilities with stakeholders
• Coordinate teams, vendors and partners to keep acquisition and sourcing projects on schedule
• Track progress, risks and issues, and report status to leadership
• Manage project documentation, contracts and handover materials
• Identify process improvements that strengthen service quality and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects from planning through completion
• Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
• Clear written and verbal communication

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or a related field
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Experience with commercial vehicles, marine assets or heavy equipment
