• Work with procurement and operations to align inventory with customer demand

Required qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred qualifications

• Sales experience in commercial vehicles, marine or heavy equipment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
