Job overview

Support sales and partnership activity by responding to client inquiries, following up on leads and building relationships with dealers, brokers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and sourcing requests
• Present available assets and explain options clearly to customers
• Follow up on leads and keep accurate records of client communication
• Help identify and develop relationships with dealers, brokers and partners
• Prepare quotes and support the sales team through the closing process

Required qualifications

• Customer-facing sales, service or account experience
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward goals

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of trucks, trailers, boats or construction equipment
• Experience using a CRM system
